❌ Forgiveness vs. Judgment: They’re NOT related.

Happy Monday, Beautiful Soul! 💗

Let’s start this week with a radical reminder that might just change everything…

What does forgiveness and judgement have in common?
Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

We’ve been taught to link the two; believing that forgiving someone means excusing their behavior or giving up our right to judge it.

But here's the truth: Judgement is a wall. Forgiveness is a door.

They don’t operate in the same frequency. Judgement keeps us stuck in the illusion of separation - “me vs. them,” “right vs. wrong.” Forgiveness… brings us home. To love. To wholeness. To freedom.

Today’s HeartShift Invitation:

Notice just one judgement that pops up today - about yourself, someone else, or even a memory.

Then pause and ask: “What if this didn’t need to be judged OR forgiven… just released?”

Let the space open.

Marcy Neumann

P.S. You're not meant to carry what was never yours. Let judgment fall away and feel the peace that rises.
